RCSI: Royal College of Surgeons Ireland

Fleming Medical and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) share a long-standing partnership, built on a passion for supporting emerging healthcare professionals and advancing technology in healthcare education.

As part of this collaboration, Fleming Medical has sponsored an in-patient room and mannequin birthing simulation at the York Street RCSI Centre for Simulation Education and Research in Dublin. This state-of-the-art facility features a 12,000 sq ft Simulation Centre across three floors, offering students and professionals world-class training environments including surgical suites, clinical labs, and mock hospital wards.

Fleming Medical also supports RCSI initiatives such as the Alumni Awards. In 2021, our sports therapy brand Physiologix proudly sponsored the Rising Star Award, presented to Stephen O'Rourke, Senior Spinal & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at the Poynton SpineCare Institute in Dublin.
