Precautions

Use only on intact, uninjured skin. Do not apply too tightly. Refer to the size guide to ensure correct fit. Remove immediately if numbness or tingling occurs. Do not attempt to treat serious sprains or strains at home – seek medical advice if unsure about an injury.

Instructions for Use

1. Cut the bandage to twice the length of the affected area.


2. Pull the first half of the support up the limb.


3. Pull the second half up over the first layer for double support.


4. For wrist or lower arm use, make two 1cm cuts in each half of the bandage, approximately 2–5cm from the fold, to create thumb holes.
